Our role was 'Clients Agent' for South Devon HealthCare Foundation Trust, who took out a 15 year lease on a new building being constructed by a Developer.

We negotiated and agreed the Development Agreement before acting as The Trusts' Agent during the course of the project, ensuring that the Trusts' requirements were met and that the building was constructed to the highest quality, on-time, and within budget.

In 2007 Regents House was awarded "The Best Commercial Building" in the LABC South West Regional LABC Built in Excellence Awards.
