Principal Designer / Health and Safety Advisor

Our extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction ensures that we are able to readily perform the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).
We are members of the Association for Project Safety and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
In accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations, Kirkham Board can assess and advise the Client on the Competency of Designers and Contractors, plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate the health and safety during the pre-construction phase, ensure statutory notifications are in place, prepare the pre-construction information pack, advise the client on the suitability of the construction phase plan including welfare provisions, monitor ongoing design, and produce the Health and Safety File.
