We have carried out several projects for Countrywide Farmers - both new build and refurbishment.

Our role typically includes undertaking property inspections in connection with expansion of retail locations, assessing condition and dilapidation liabilities, giving technical advice, negotiating with Landlords, and providing technical input in connection with the submission of (and securing) Building Regulation approvals.

We have also acted as Architects, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and CDM Coordinators on new developments on brown and green field sites.
