Project Description
Kirkham Board acted as 'Employers Representative' on the shell works, negotiating the shell specification, and providing input into the Agreement to Lease, as well as monitoring the works on-site on behalf of the Client, and agreeing the cost and extent of CAT A enhancements.
Kirkham Board then went on to negotiate the cost and scope of the CAT B works with the CAT A Contractor so that the CAT B works commenced immediately upon completion of the CAT A works - thus avoiding abortive CAT A works and minimising delays to the Client moving in to the premises.
