To date, we have carried out two major projects at Paignton Hospital for Torbay Care Trust.

The first project involved refurbishing and converting an existing vacant 'ward' into office accommodation -  which currently accommodates approximately 70 work spaces, together with various meeting rooms, toilet facilities, and one to one rooms.

The second, and more recent project, involved Kirkham Board managing the renewal and necessary works required in respect of outstanding backlog maintenance works. Such works included significantly upgrading the emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (to addressable systems), replacing existing boilers, replacing the existing generator and plant room facilities, providing ventilation in essential areas and the like.
