Leave the M5 at Junction 30, and stay in the middle lane of the motorway slip road. From the bottom of the slip road, follow the signs to “Exeter, Dawlish” (A379), which ensures that you turn off at the third exit.

Having taken the third exit, stay on this road, ignoring exits for “Exe Vale Superstore” and “Exeter, Dawlish” (A379). Follow sign to A3015. The road then bears sharply around to the left and eventually brings you onto the outer bypass (A3015).

Once on the outer bypass, stay in the left-hand lane and take the first exit on the left (which is only approx. 30 meters away), signed “Pynes Hill”.

Once in Pynes Hill, you will arrive at a “T Junction”. Turn left, signed “Woodwater Park”

Continue along and look for a long drive on your right signed “River Court”. Take this turning – drive up the hill past the two office blocks called ‘Providence Court’. We are in the building behind the two ‘Providence Court’ office blocks.

From M5 Northbound

From A30 Southbound

When nearing Exeter, leave the A30 and follow the signs to the M5.

Once on the M5, leave at Junction 30 – now follow above directions for “M5 Southbound”

Public Transport

The nearest Main Line station is Exeter St Davids and the nearest Branch Line station Sowton/ Digby Halt. As you can see from the directions we are on a Business Park convenient to the Motorway so the station is some way away.
