The Octagon Theatre is owned by South Somerset District Council. We have acted as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and CDM Coordinators on several schemes at the Theatre, ranging from complete refurbishment of the auditorium and front of house areas, to the creation of a large metal clad steel framed 'scene dock' extension; as well as other associated works such as re-roofing, replacing the entire mechanical ventilation system and the like.
