Mole Valley Farmers, Holsworthy

Kirkham Board have carried out a number of projects for Mole Valley Farmers - both new build and refurbishment.

Our role typically includes undertaking property inspections in connection with expansion of retail locations, assessing condition and dilapidation liabilities, giving technical advice, negotiating with Landlords, and providing technical input in connection with the submission of (and securing) Building Regulation approvals.

Kirkham Board were appointed as Project Managers, CDM Coordinator and Quantity Surveyors for the relocation of the existing retail store, including the major refurbishment of Cornwall farmers to a large Mole Valley store in Holsworthy.

The works comprised of the construction of a new glazed entrance and associated external works, plus internal refurbishment and decoration.
