Kandy Toys approached us with a fairly unique problem. They knew that they needed new premises, but did not know how big the premises needed to be, where to locate it, or how to construct it.

We assisted in finding a site, calculated their required building size (based on pallet storage and office space requirements), and procured the construction of their new premises from inception through to completion acting as Architects, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators.
