Kirkham Board acted as Building Owners' Surveyor on a project in Queen's Square, Exmouth. The development involved constructing a number of residential properties in the middle of a 'square' of surrounding properties. We successfully served various notices, and agreed Awards, on / with circa 17 Nr adjacent building owners to enable the development to proceed.
