Our extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction ensures that we are able to readily perform the role of Construction Design and Management Co-ordinator (CDM-C).

We are members of the Association for Project Safety and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In accordance with the CDM 2007 Regulations, we can assess and advise the Client on the Competency of Designers and Contractors, coordinate design work, ensure statutory notifications are in place, prepare the pre-construction information pack, advise the client on the suitability of the construction phase plan including welfare provisions, monitor ongoing design, and produce the Health and Safety File.
