Project Description
We became involved early on in the project to advise Ashfords on the guaranteed maximum price of the project being proposed by the Developer.
We then negotiated the Specification to be incorporated in the Development Agreement before acting as Ashfords' Agent (Representative) during the course of the project ensuring that quality and workmanship were maintained, and that any variations were accounted for in terms of their effect on the Maximum price.
We also negotiated the scope and cost of the CAT A enhancement works carried out by the Main Contractor, before procuring and fully managing the final CAT B fitting out works - integrating the fitting out works in a phased manner alongside the CAT A works.
